I agree that big banks should be broken apart. Bring back tha Glass-Steagall law and enforce it as a quick preventative measure. Look, if we do not do something different this whole financial fiasco will repeat itself. Even the bears on Wall Street could not stop it from happening, although I’m pretty sure they made a ton of money when nobody else would want to listen. Break the big banks apart for better governance, more competition, and better employment.
